Responsibilities:

Engage in friendly and prompt customer service delivery, greeting customers upon arrival, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Prepare pizzas, appetizers, salads, and other menu items according to Pizza Boys' standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
3.
Adhere to strict food preparation and handling guidelines to maintain product quality, freshness, and safety standards.
4.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
5.
Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies need restocking.
6.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows, effective teamwork, and timely completion of tasks.
7.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
8.
Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
9.
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting positively on Pizza Boys' image and brand.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education.
2.
Prior customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
3.
Basic math skills, including the ability to handle money and make accurate change.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
5.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
8.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout a shift, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.
